Christmas At Home

It is one of our favorite times of the year, as we get to spend time together and just enjoy one another. We did our family tradition of writing a letter to Santa, going to see him and bed early to make sure your asleep for when Santa visits...

Christmas Program

Just the other night HB had her first dance program and we could not be more proud of her. She did a great job and went on the big stage and showed us what she is made of.

 

After the show we went to our friends house to see their new little addition...

 

Hayden is sooo adorable and such a great baby, Hayley got to hold him while he was awake and she just adores him. Couldn't be happier for our friends, they are great people and great parents.

 

Christmas Decorating and Cookies

Well it is Christmas time in our household...

We decorated our tree, put up our outside lights and even made some cookies to officially start our Christmas time

Baby Shower Fun

Over the last weekend we had a baby shower for one of my best friends and I just thought I would share a couple of photos from the shower...

It is always fun to get together with great friends and to add in celebrating an upcoming baby, well that just makes it more exciting and fun. Love these girls and I wouldn't trade them for any other friends around. There is over 21 years of friendship here and we keep going strong. It's great to know that our kids are going to grow up together just like we did.

Trick or Treating

Well as usual it was a rainy cold Halloween, but we decided to go out anyways. HB was good with just going a couple of blocks and then she all done...works for mommy

 

She did great, many layers of clothing under her costume, hats and umbrellas...still a great time and her Aunt Megan went with us too...good times

Dentist

Well it was time to take little miss to the dentist...

We were a little worried and weren't sure she would like it, but we told her all about her dentist Beth and how much mommy and daddy love her, so she was okay with going...

 

And once she was all done we went to the mall for a pretzel

and then home to play with her new treasure box toys...a top and a dino...along with her Purple toothbrush

 

Pumpkins Round Two

Here is the second round of pumpkins...

She drew the picture of what she wanted and mommy carved it out...

Dance Class

This past week at dance class they let the kiddos wear their costumes, so little miss HB decided to wear hers too....

Pumpkin Decorating Round One

 Recently on HB's field trip she got to bring home a pumpkin....which she was very excited about,

So we figured we would decorate it since it was a nice small pumpkin instead of carving it....

Here she is with Daddy picking out her silly faces for the pumpkin and putting it all together...

Now the actual pumpkin carving happens very soon, so watch for that post as well

Craft Time Fun

Recently with the weather we have been inside somedays and outside others, so one day when we were inside we did some art projects with cutting.

She really enjoys learning how to use siccors and pasting things together, so it was a great activity for her to do. She made a few master pieces and has asked to do it again soon

Trick or Treat at the Zoo

Halloween Time is upon us and one thing we like to do is go trick or treating at the zoo...
